DELIVERY AREAS

We offer free UK delivery on all of our pre owned watches. As soon as you have purchased your watch online we will notify you with confirmation of your order and keep you updated throughout the delivery process. You will be sent the tracking number as soon as your watch leaves Swiss Watch Trader HQ and you'll be able to track its progress via your mobile phone. All our pre owned and vintage watches will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery - they will be tracked, require a signature on arrival and fully insured.

All watches purchased on this website by international customers will receice thier new watch via Parcel Force Global Express. A flat fee of £75.00 will be added to the price of the watch at checkout. International customers should receice their watch within 5 working days of making an order. Please note that international customers may have to provide additional identification and confirmation of shipping/billing address prior to the watch being dispatched.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and always want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. We offer free returns or exchanges on all our pre owned watches including our vintage Rolex and second hand Omega watches. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the watch just return it in the packaging provided or drop it back to us. All we ask is that you return the watch in the exact condition you received it to receive a full refund or exchange.
