Créée par Omega pour célébrer son statut de chronométreur officiel de la Volvo Ocean Race 2017/18. Seulement 73 exemplaires de cette montre « Deep Black » entièrement en céramique Les Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean ont été produites, la première étant offerte à Charles Caudrelier, le skipper de l'équipe gagnante de la course Dongfeng.
Cette superbe Omega Volvo Ocean Race n'a jamais été portée. La montre a été achetée en juin 2018 et est sous garantie Omega jusqu'en juillet 2023.
Complet avec boîtes intérieures et extérieures spéciales, manuel, carte de garantie, carte de pictogrammes, carte de chronomètre maître, livre en édition limitée et chiffon de polissage .
Boîtier en céramique « Deep Black » de 45,5 mm. Lunette en céramique avec caoutchouc rouge pour les 15 premières minutes. Superbe cadran en céramique noire brossée avec contour rouge Volvo Ocean Race sur le sous-cadran à 3 heures. Mouvement automatique Omega Master Chronometer calibre 9900 avec fonction chronographe et date située à 6 heures. Verre saphir. Fond de boîtier en céramique gravé. Bracelet en caoutchouc noir avec bordure rouge et boucle déployante à bouton-poussoir en titane .
