• Viewing: Customer are more than welcome to book an appointment to view our Rolex Datejust watches at our HQ in Whiteley, Hampshire.
• Purchasing: Buy your next Rolex Datejust watch safely and securely online with your debit or credit card. We are also able to accept payment via bank transfer, crypto-currency and cash on collection.
• Delivery: All Rolex Datejust watches will be delivered within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is free to all customers.
• Returns: We offer a no question 14 day return policy on all Rolex Datejust watches. All we ask is that the watch remains in the exact condition it was received. Returns are free of charge and we will instruct Royal Mail to collect the watch from your home or place of work.
• Warranty: All Rolex Datejust watches include a 24 month warranty if the original warranty has expired. If there is existing warranty in place that does not extend to 24 months the Swiss Watch Trader warranty will cover this difference.
