• Viewing: Customer are more than welcome to book an appointment to view our Rolex GMT Master II watches at our HQ in Whiteley, Hampshire.

• Delivery: All Rolex Starbucks watches will be delivered within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is free to all customers.
• Returns: We offer a no question 14 day return policy on all Rolex Starbucks watches. All we ask is that the watch remains in the exact condition it was received. Returns are free of charge and we will instruct Royal Mail to collect the watch from your home or place of work.
• Warranty: All Rolex Starbucks watches include a 24 month warranty if the original warranty has expired. If there is existing warranty in place that does not extend to 24 months the Swiss Watch Trader warranty will cover this difference.
