Once payment has been received your order will be confirmed and you will be sent tracking details as soon as your purchase is dispatched. All watches are posted within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature on arrival. Please contact us if you would like to view any of our watches prior to making a final decision. Please note that appointment are required - we do not offer a walk in service.

All watches purchased from Swiss Watch Trader will include a 24 month warranty. This warranty covers all mechanical issues not caused by the wearer. All our also watches also include a 14 day no question return policy. Customers have 14 days to inform Swiss Watch Trader that they wish to return the item and a further 14 days to actually return the item.
